About Me
I live with my 2 wonderful children in Little Thurrock. My son is 14 and my daughter is 15.
At Little Ladybirds we offer a home centered approach to care with an array of age specific toys and activities for our children. Our 3 bedroom semi-detached house is all geared up for little ones and our garden has many outdoor toys and outdoors activities for children to enjoy whatever the weather.
We also do trips out to the local parks, library, days out to the zoo, seaside and local farms. It's lots of fun being a Little Ladybird!
We are a healthy living non-smoking household.
My Experience
I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder and a member of PACEY which supports members to provide high standards of care and learning for all children. 9
Your child will be following the Early Years Foundation Stage:

As a Registered Childminder i have had a disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau, checking that i am suitable to work with children. My home is regularly inspected to ensure that i am safe, welcoming and child-friendly. I hold public liability insurance.
My Qualifications

- NVQ level 3 Diploma - children and young people's workforce
- unit one - CACHE Diploma in Homebased Childcare
- 2 day training course in Paediatric first aid
- Level 2 Award in Food safety in catering
- Level 2 Training in Safeguarding children
- Training in Letters and sounds Phase I
- Training in Raising Awareness in Autistic Spectrum Disorders
- Child Development Introduction - E-Learning
- Covid 19 training and awareness for Childcare Settings
I am continually updating my knowledge to stay up-to-date with current practices to provide the highest level of childcare
My Availability
My hours are 7am-7pm Monday-Friday (but if you need cover outside of this i may be able to accommodate you, just ask!)
