Thank you for visiting my page.

My name is Padelis ,I am an enthusiastic Physical Education Teacher specializing in creating engaging PE programs, promoting healthy lifestyle choices, and fostering a love for sports in your children. Recently came back from Vietnam , where I taught students from 2-11 years old and learned how to use different teaching strategies in order to maximize learning and engagement.

My philosophy is child centred and I always tailoring the lessons based on the children's needs and abilities. It's really important to establish good habits in early stage and develop these fundamental skills which will your children to perform in their full potential.
