Outstanding

Even though our journey lasted seven months, our time with Creative minds was terrific. My daughter's experience was positive as she was able to flourish emotionally, physically and socially. During these seven months, we had a terrific setting-home collaboration as we worked in unison to apply the same strategies at home and in the childminder's settings. For example, going over safety rules with children (e.g. crossing the street, how to walk sensibly in the house instead of running) allowed my daughter to better understand the importance of rules.

My daughter's mood will generally be relaxed and calm after a day in the setting. She will smile, and she will ask to go back. My daughter is extremely active as she loves to run and play pretend. She was offered the opportunity to explore different playgrounds, visit different libraries, go to the shops, use public transport and so on.

number 1 childminder

My 3 year old boy Is soo much Happy to be With Roksana . She Is perfect childminder always caring , she Is very helpful With everything . In her place you can find a lots of interesting activities . Her house is save for kids. She is extremely experienced with child caring . Communication with me was always including, she send me photos video and text what my boy is actually doing and what he’s enjoying. When is good weather she also take kids to save playground in near park that my boy loving . I am very thankful that I find Roksana and I’m sure she’s number 1 childminder.

Wonderful childminder

Roksana has been my 9yr old son’s childminder for about 8months now and we have had such a great experience with her so far.

Back in October 2021, I was looking for a childminder at really short notice as I was starting a new job very quickly and immediately I got in contact with her on this site, she had such great communication and was very thorough and detailed about her service. After initial discussions with her and the lovely Ferdoushi it honestly felt like a no-brainier.

She’s professional and enthusiastic, so sweet and caring, as mentioned her communication is amazing aswell which is so important for us parents.

She has also been so flexible around our needs and my son’s extracurricular activities which I greatly appreciate. She also supports my son with any homework he has on the days he attends which is super helpful.

I’m very much happy and satisfied with the level of care Roksana and her lovely family provide my son when he is at the setting. My son is always eager to attend each week as he always has lots of fun while he’s there. It’s definitely a bonus to know my child is happy having Roksana as his childminder and seeing the lovely bond he has with her.

A child’s dream come true! The name says it all!

As a pandemic FTM, I had many fears and struggled to find someone who could emulate my home environment and share the same vision I have for my child’s development.

Roksana is exactly that person! If not, even more. Her age gives her an advantage as she is full of enthusiasm and she has so many ‘creative’ ideas to stimulate my child.

She attentively listened to all my worries and made note of my child’s needs. Her family assist her when needed (All DBS Checked) and I felt very comfortable with all members and most importantly, so did my child.

By day 3, my pandemic baby who has separation&stranger anxiety leapt in to her arms as soon as she opened the door! I was gobsmacked but equally relieved that my maternal instincts were right when deciding that this childcare provider.

Roksana has really and truly exceeded my expectations. I am over the moon to know that my child is in a safe and loving environment.

Her playroom is a child’s wonderland! Toys galore! A fun sensory experience!

All up to date, meticulously researched and regularly sanitised.

I, wholeheartedly recommend Roksana.

Amazing with children!!

Roksana works very well with children of all ages. From my experience with her, she has taken amazing care of my nieces who are both of different age groups (6 and 11). They have thoroughly enjoyed the time spent in her care.

The service is professional and friendly. It is clear that she puts in lots of effort and thought into her work. Anyone would be very fortunate to have the support of Roksana as a childminder, because every moment is an opportunity for growth and learning. Thank you very much for your support ❤️

Excellent service provided!

Roksana and Ferdoushi looked after my son last summer. He can be quite a shy boy and he was nervous about going there. Although, you would never have thought that when i brought him there! Ferdoushi and Roksana's big, smiley and friendly faces greeted us and after only a slight hesitation, my son entered their house. Roksana brought him into the living room and engaged with him straight away in her excited manner and found out that my son enjoyed playing computer games. She immediately started showing him the options and not long afterwards, my son was sitting on the sofa with her, giggling away, playing a game and looked quite a home! Trying to get him to leave was always a struggle as he was always having too much fun! He even did not mind the maths and English work that they gave him to do each day. It was easy to wake him up in the mornings as he was excited to go there! He was always talking about them at home, in an excited way, and still does, even today.
They have a beautiful 'Hollywood' looking home, clean and modern and a separate kids room packed full of toys.
I would definitely recommend them, as judging by my son's smiles, the proof is in the pudding!
