We were doing a big move from London to South Wales and were looking for someone to look after our 2 year old son for around 6 months before we settled him in to a local nursery. I’m so glad we found Ceri! Ceri was so patient and calm with our son and he took to her immediately! Ceri knew the area really well and was able to show him loads of fun places, I am so glad he was having such a lovely time whilst we worked. A worry I had with having him in 1:1 childcare was that he wouldn’t have much exposure to other children his age, but Ceri took him to plenty of places that allowed for socialisation and he even made a few friends :) My son adores Ceri and includes her when he talks about close family.
Ceri is punctual, reliable and quick to communicate whilst away from the home. She’s clean and tidy, she manages to clean whilst also giving my son the attention he wants (something that I’m terrible at). She had so many fun ideas for different crafts, my son enjoyed learning about different seasons and holidays through the activities they did together. We all really miss having Ceri around so often!
I highly recommend Ceri!

We felt so lucky to be able to have Ceri back, this time for a year to look after our daughter when I went back to work after maternity.
Ceri does such an amazing job caring for our children. We’ve had Ceri work with us twice now and I couldn’t imagine a better carer for them and I feel lucky to have met Ceri.
Ceri is always punctual, polite and positive. She always made sure the kids had what they needed including a clean nappy, regular drinks of water, plenty of healthy food and snacks, and a safe environment. She is calm, loving and affectionate with the children and I know the children think of her as one of the family.
She has excellent knowledge of the Vale of Glamorgan and often thought of new and fun places for the kids to visit. She also brought fresh activity ideas to the kids and they loved doing crafts with her. My husband and I really enjoyed receiving homemade birthday and Christmas cards from them.
Ceri is helpful and proactive and I was very grateful that she helped keep the house in order while she had the kids.
We will miss Ceri a lot and I know the kids are excited for when Ceri comes back for babysitting opportunities (as are we!!).
