My Experience

>>> Experience as a nanny/ SEN nanny
I have enough experience and knowledge to look after children from 3 months to 14 years old. I have also worked with children with special needs (autism, ADHD, non-verbal, Deaf, global developmental delay, wheelchair users, Down Syndrome).
I supported families in all responsibilities related to running the nursery and school, transport and subsequent collection from the nursery/school, support with weaning, establishing and observing routine sleeping and feeding times. Stimulating development through educational play, helping with homework, taking children to parks and playgrounds, play dates, organizing activities that help children in their development, doing arts and crafts, helping with dinner and bath time, getting children ready to bed.
In my time, I have accumulated many tools and ways that help support and encourage children's development. During my career, I had the pleasure of working with and learning from high-class specialists specializing in helping children work on their disabilities or problems with emotional control, self-expression, motivation and self-confidence.
* For a year I was a teacher of robotics and programming as part of extracurricular activities in primary schools - which allowed me to look at childcare from a teacher's perspective. I discovered in myself big passion for teaching children and supporting them in discovering the world around them.
* I am happy to teach Polish and basic Spanish.

>>> Experience as a housekeeper:
For many years I have been helping families organize their homes to make them more functional and easy to keep clean. I am distinguished by attention to detail and willing use of my own initiative. I usually offer help with all household chores (cooking, laundry, ironing, cleaning, deep cleaning, office help, shopping, wardrobe management, travel preparation, help with pets and plants). I helped families to organize luxurious dinners and parties. During many years of working with other housekeepers, chefs, nannies, carers, private drivers and tutors, I have gathered experience and vast knowledge of running and supporting a large family that needs a lot of support and organization at a high level. I watched the lives of different families and their schemes and solutions working in specific situations, which gives me composure and peace during work full of challenges and emergency situations.

>>> Experience as a PA:
Working for big families (also for HNW and UHNW families) in large, busy and fully staffed houses, I was responsible for organizing the family calendar and keeping an eye on all planned events, meetings, trips and additional activities, as well as related logistics, running smoothly and without complications. I also dealt with the receipt and returns of orders. Organizing grocery and clothing purchases for the whole family. I also dealt with matters related to children's education - schools, tutors, additional activities. In case of emergency, contacts with doctors.

>>> Voluntary experience:
* I worked in non-governmental organizations supporting people with disabilities. We helped them with their daily chores and errands.
* Together with my friends, I founded an association that organizes additional classes for children and adults in the field of law and administration.
* During my studies, as a member of university associations, I organized additional educational activities for children and youth from small towns, which were supposed to equalize their chances of success in the future.
