My Experience

I have over four years of experience working with children aged 1 to 11, both as a babysitter and in educational settings. I’ve provided care during evenings and occasional overnights—preparing meals, supporting bedtime routines, and ensuring children are safe, comfortable, and cared for.

I also have experience working as a teaching assistant, where I supported classroom and behaviour management, helped children with language development and social skills, and led phonics sessions focused on reading, spelling, and writing. I played an active role in resolving pupil conflicts and encouraging positive behaviour. Additionally, I observed and monitored children’s responses during learning activities and communicated findings with the class teacher.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, which gives me valuable insight into child development, emotional regulation, and effective communication. With an enhanced DBS check and first aid training, I’m fully committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for every child in my care.
