About Me
I’m mother to a nine year old son, who is an outgoing, friendly, and inquisitive boy. He’s mischievous and makes everyone laugh. He’s tactile and loves to be outdoors and spend time with animals.
He has complex needs including a profound learning disability, autism, ADHD and sensory processing difficulties. He is incontinent and requires personal care support.
He has no sense of danger, and is very mobile, and and so requires one to one support at all times to maintain his safety.
We are a family of four (have a four year old daughter also) and live with our two cats and a dog.
My Requirements
PA or nanny, experienced in special needs, required for up to twenty hours per week for nine year old boy.
Support needed after school during the week and every other weekend for a few hours. Time to be spent in the home and also out on trips. Hours to be managed by agreement over school holidays.
Skills required:
1. Experience with special needs
2. Must be able to drive
3. Comfortable supporting personal care needs
4. A level of fitness required due to endless energy and outgoing nature
