I am 23 years old and have a level 3 teaching assistant qualification. I have worked in primary schools for 5 years. I’m currently completing an online education studies degree followed by a PGCE to become a teacher. I have previously been an after school nanny for a few families and have also babysat. I can’t work weekends but I am looking to see if I can fit in some nannying around my studies. I have a calm nature and am very patient. I adore making relationships with children and learning about their little personalities. I drive, am first aid trained and have a DBS certificate from my previous teaching assistant role from September 2023.
My Experience
I have just under 1 years experience of working in a nursery and from there I worked at primary schools as a teaching assistant for 5 years. I have a 7 year old nephew who I babysit regularly and I have also nannied for a family with 2 older children aged between 11-15, a family with a 2, 3 and 5 year old, a family with a 2 and 4 year old and most recently a family with an 8 year old and a 10 year old.
