About Me

Becoming a mother to my 4-year-old son was a transformative experience that reshaped both my personal and professional life. The beauty of birth and the challenges of postpartum recovery ignited a passion in me to support other women on their journeys through motherhood. With my personal experience as a mother and woman, I am dedicated to helping you navigate the exciting and sometimes challenging path to parenthood with my expertise as a doula.

I focus on the emotional and physical health of women during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. My hope is that every mother feels supported and cared for throughout this special time. I speak both Portuguese and Spanish, and over the past years, I have had the privilege of working with parents from diverse multicultural backgrounds.

During pregnancy, I offer five comprehensive support sessions covering:

* Navigating challenges and fears associated with birth
* Understanding the physiology of labor and medical interventions
* Infant feeding options, whether breast or formula feeding
* Creating a personalised birth plan
* Preparing for postpartum recovery
* Additionally, I also offer unlimited contact and support through WhatsApp; availability to be present at birth from 37 weeks and access to all my personal tips and assistance during pregnancy and postpartum for a better and conscious experience.

In the postpartum period, my support extends to:

* Infant feeding assistance (breast or formula)
* Emotional support and understanding postpartum hormonal changes
* Practical baby care, including bathing, changing, feeding, and soothing
* Night shifts to ensure parents can rest
* Babysitting to siblings
* And much more personalised support based on your needs
