**From September 2024, I will be offering the 15 hours government funding to all 9 month olds through to 3 and 4 year olds, Rising to 30 hours funding for 3 & 4 year olds ( So long as you qualify the criteria )**
**Please note I am a childminder.. Unable to offer babysitting or care as a nanny**
I live in the Birchwood area.
I have been childminding since 1999, I am registered with Ofsted, fully insured and fully vaccinated.
My last inspection with Ofsted was in May 2019 and my overall grade was "Good".
I take regular training in all aspects of child care and hold a current first aid certificate, Safe guarding children and Food hygiene to name a few.
I am a non-smoker
As a new edition to our family in 2018 we have a pet dog who has very quickly become a part of our family and my childminding setting.
I visit various groups and take the children on regular outings during the weeks.
I am very flexible and professional in all aspects of my work.
My Experience
I believe that childminding should be looked upon as a partnership between the children , parents and the childminder.
Communication is the key to success,
Children are precious and I am confident that I can provide the quality and high standards of care that all children deserve in a warm, friendly, family environment.

My working week is Monday to Thursday 8am to 6pm
I try to be as flexible as possible to make your childcare requirements run as smoothly as possible to fit around your working day.

Emma looked after my daughter for a long period.
Her settings are exceptional , my little one always came home with some crafts and painting. Everytime when was a celebration she was well focused and organised to make sure my daughter is enjoying the celebration and is aware of it , this was helped by doing certain activities like making birthdays cards or presents , cards and craft gift for Father's day, Mother's day, King's Cooronation,celebrating the Queen, New Chineese Year, Christmas, Easter, Halloween etc. So great to see that these celebrations are well implemented through activities which makes great treasures made by little hands.
The ambient is very clean and child friendly.
Emma was very supportive. Always understanding short notice to stay longer if i was running late.
I would recommend Emma as a Childminder to look after any little one.

Emma looked after my daughter from when she was 1 year old. Emma is a great childminder. She is very caring, compassionate and pleasant. She takes them to beautiful and fun places. My daughter misses her very much and she refers to Emma as 'My Emma'.

Emma has taken care of my daughter since she was a year and a half old. My daughter loves her and loves going to her house, most of the time she cries because she doesn't want to come home 🙈 What 2 years spent with her were full of happiness, many beautiful memories. It was the best decision to turn to her, for us English is a second language, but with Emma's help everything was perfect. Thank you Emma for all your patience 🥰

Emma has been my daughters childminder since she was 1 years old. My daughter has had such amazing experiences with Emma from day trips, picnics, arts and crafts, soft play, toddler groups and lots more exciting stuff, she loves to go to Emmas as there is always something exciting happening. My daughter has learnt so much with Emma and has just excelled in the 3 years that she has been in her care. I would highly recommend Emma and her childcare setting to every body. I don’t want my daughter to ever stop going to Emma but of course one day that day will come.

Emma has looked after my grandson for 4 years, he is only leaving as it's time to go to school! He has been so happy there - Emma keeps him busy with many activities (the queen's platinum jubilee being the latest theme), walks, trips out, and plenty of fun! It will be a sad day for us all when my grandson finishes - I can highly recommend her as a brilliant and professional child minder.

Emma looked after my daughter for a year, since last September. She is kind and make my little one to feel welcome and safe. The bond between children was amazing too.
The ambient is very clean and child friendly.
Emma was very supportive. I had to work extra hours and Emma was always there to help.
My daughter loved to be with Emma. She arranged a lot of outgoing activities, little groups and art and craft.
I would recommend Emma as a Childminder to look after any little one.

Emma provides an excellent childcare service, she is so good at what she does my children really loved staying with her as she engages them in different activities. I never worried about my children as I knew they were safe. In the future I would use Emma again as she is simply the best and she is outstanding in what she does.

Emma has been looking after my two girls 9 months now and they absolutely adore her , Emma is a very caring lady and her well mannered positive attitude has definately had a positive impact on my children. We will be sad to see her go as we no longer need her services.

Emma has been an excellent child-minder most recently to my daughter (4) who is now joining reception and previously to my son (9) when he was of child minding age.
My daughter has blossomed in her child-minding school. I received regular progress reports and pictures of the activities that they did.
Emma was also key in giving any behavioural updates, and was instrumental in reinforcing a lot of positive behaviour.
In cases when my daughter has been unwell, I was notified in a timely manner.
Emma's surroundings are very clean and tidy. Everything is in order.
She is dependable and reliable.
Most importantly Emma has been an incredible role model to my daughter Rufaro and I cannot recommend her enough.

Emma has been caring for my 3 daughters for the 3 past years, full time for the youngest one and after school for her sisters.
I have no negative comments and I can only hope we will find such a fabulous childminder in our next place.
A very important point for myself is that all my girls were always happy and keen to stay with Emma.
Such as parents we particularly appreciated the easy, truthful and smooth communication. Emma is very professional, every policy, contract, holidays, sickness have been treated perfectly.
I can confirm everything that the other parents wrote here. Activities, caring, homework help, drop off and pick up services are irreproachable. Emma was very supportive and helpful. She even managed very well the language issue as English is not our first language.
What else: the children love the new pet dog ;)
There is no other reason that moving abroad that makes us leaving Emma. Do not hesitate to meet her.
My eldest daughter (9y) says "I like Emma because she is very attentive and fair with all of us."
