My Summary
About Me
I have a range of qualifications, talents, and abilities to support and nurture children, and have the experience, knowledge and passion to fulfil the duties required for most nanny roles. I am very patient with children and love helping them learn whilst also having fun, and have good communication skills that can assist with all needs. Safety is my utmost concern and I carefully monitor children when I take them on outings and at home.
I understand good nutritional choices and prepare meals that are healthy for children and that they also enjoy to eat. I have had very positive relationships with children, parents and extended family for whom I have been a nanny in the past, as well as strong and respectful relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues, and various management teams from when I worked as a teacher, and all my references can demonstrate it.
I am Paediatric First Aid qualified, experienced driver with a full UK clean driving licence, have excellent organisation and housekeeping skills, good time management, creative, great with pets, and I am fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and take yearly flu vaccinations.
My Experience
I have worked over five years as a live-out nanny for different families and have worked with families where the children were aged between 4 months and 16 years old. Each family had their own requirements, routines, and priorities, and I catered to each of them. Additionally, I have worked as a primary school teacher with children aged between 3-11 for over 20 years.
