About Me
I am currently in my second year studying Law at the University of Birmingham, and out of term time live at home in St Ives. My previous experience includes looking after children aged 10 months to 13 years. I have also had experience volunteering in a nursery, taking care of children from 6 months and above.
I taught English as a foreign language to children as young as 3 years old and so I have experience in planning educational and engaging activities for children of all ages.
A parent for whom I have previously done childcare has said 'The kids are obsessed with her. She is very gentle and has a calm nature.' A personal reference also says that I am ‘Very engaging with an ability to conjure fun and games out of thin air. Gabbi can create activities and games to satisfy children of all ages.'
In my spare time, I enjoy tutoring and volunteering, particularly with the Pro Bono Group at uni, working alongside organisations supporting women.
