About Me
My name is Becki and my partner's name is Shay. We have 5 children (4 girls and 1 boy ages 3, 4, 8, 10 & 11) and are just looking for flexible help as and when it would be needed, so not permanent days.
My eldest two go to their dad's some weekends and soon enough, some week nights too, so sometimes it would just be for the younger 3.
Our son has tourettes syndrome and is being tested for ADHD so we will require someone understanding and patient.
My partner is a roofer and works long days while I do shift work at Worcester hospital.
We are none smokers and rarely drink.
We have always relied on the little help from family members with childcare but it has become more and more difficult to find the help now due to family living too far, being too busy or poorly. This is a huge step for us trusing someone new so we'd ideally like to use the same person as often as possible.
My Requirements
We like our kids to have loads of fun and get messy weather it be in the kitchen, crafting or outside. Making memories is the most important thing for us so we love to randomly get the projector out for movie nights or get the pool are water guns out. However, we do like to teach our kids to clean up after themselves after each meal, play time and activity. I like them to keep their rooms tidy too. They also help with washing and put their own away.
I like them to do all their homework, especially the fun crafting ones. I ask that they read or be to read everyday. And I love them to make the most of every opportunity given to them, or at least try everything once so they know if they like it or not.
They are fun, energetic, happy children who do me proud everyday!
We have 2 rabbits who my eldest cleans out every morning and the kids feed and put away at night, they can free roam the garden with someone home and go in their hutch and run when out or overnight.
We have 1 parrot who is just my partners responsibility as she can have her moments so stays in her cage until he sees to her.
We are also getting a small dog at the end of August which we are all very excited for.
