About Me
I'm Maria, I'm 39, I've been with my husband James for 16 years and we have 3 children. We live in Tadworth. I love being outdoors and having fun. I have a large garden full of activities, including a large play house with swings, slide, rock climbing wall and a trampoline, plus lots of different ride-ons. Inside there is a wide variety of educational and play toys including 2 mini kitchen's, book reading area, car mat, blocks, crafts and lots of other toys too. I'm also very flexible for families with timings.
My Experience
I have 3 children of my own, my youngest is 4, (plus a 10 and 13 year old). I volunteered in a pre-school and studied health and social care nvq.
My Qualifications
I've studied and passed my EYFS (Early Years Framework Stage) assessments on learning and development, plus Food Hygiene assessments. I'm Paediatric first aid trained. Completed safeguarding training and received the enhanced DBS for myself and partner. I passed my nvq in health and social care.
My Availability
I'm very flexible.
I do school drop off and pick ups from Epsom Downs Primary School.

Maria looked after my two year old son for 6 weeks before he started nursery full time. I cannot recommend Maria enough. My son quickly warmed up to her and it was clear to me how much he enjoyed his time with her. He would always come home in the happiest of moods whenever he’d been with Maria, and it was clear to me that she treats all the children she cares for as her own. She shares photos throughout the day, so you still feel involved. She’s been flexible, great at communicating and offers a very reasonable rate. I had complete peace of mind, which has a parent is all you can ask for. We’ll definitely be using her again - thank you for everything, Maria!

We adore Maria as does our little girl. Maria has been looking after her since she was 10 months old. She is the first person our daughter bonded with outside of her mum and dad, and Maria has been like a second mother to her. I never worry for a second when Poppy is with Maria, and I've never met someone who genuinely loves children and treats them as if they are her own. She is so kind, and so caring, and so good at her job. Thank you Maria for everything. ❤️

Maria takes care of our 1-year-old son, who enjoys spending time with her and her family. Throughout the day, we receive updates with pictures and activities he is doing. This is a safe and nurturing environment for children, and we couldn't be more grateful for her high standard of care.

Honestly, we feel so blessed to have known Maria. My little one started seeing her so we can get driving lessons and ever since then, she’s literally one message away. With her, my heart is calm knowing that my child is in safe hands. And it is the best feeling ever. Beyond grateful for what you do, Maria!

Maria has been looking after my 7yo Son since Easter during School holidays. Thomas gets on really well with Maria's lovely Daughter and they play all day in the garden, especially their big trampoline. Maria has been so welcoming and my son loves to go to her house, and mix with her family and other children. Maria provides updates and is always friendly. Her flexibility makes life so much easier, and I hope that my son goes to her house many more times in the future!

Since the very beginning, Maria has been available, attentive and arranging. Not only her skills as a childminder are outstanding, she has been able to create a trustful relationship with me and my son, based on an excellent communication. She has been able to sense how to approach us, considering needs, and putting everything in place to offer the best quality service. Maria has been the perfect fit for our family. We’d never used childcare for our 18 month old son before, so we were naturally anxious about starting to use a childminder. Maria immediately put us at ease, and our son has just the best time with her. He looks forward to going and is always sad to leave. Maria sends fabulous photos and updates throughout the day, which we love! We can’t recommend Maria highly enough.

We have just started our baby (20 months) and our daughter (5 years) with Maria and we couldn’t be more pleased with our choice of childminder to look after our girls. Maria drops our daughter to a local school and then looks after the baby during the day. We love getting daily updates of what the baby has been up to and her talking has come along so much since she has been going to Marias. They are both so happy to go in and are happy at the end of the day. It’s very comforting to know that your children feel safe and happy in Maria’s home. Her home has lots of toys and activities for the children to play with and my children are looking forward to the spring when they can go outside and play on the trampoline. We would strongly recommend Maria for your childcare needs.

Maria is a great childminder. I was so nervous at first leaving my boy with someone but she made everything so easy. My son has learnt so much with her in the last 6 months. I love that we get constant updates with what he has done that day and what he is having to eat. Makes the process so easy. Would highly recommend
