Looking For After School And Out Of Term Care For My Daughter From Sept

About Me
We are moving to Guildford in the coming months and our daughter will start school there. My husband and I both work full time and need an after school nanny as well as someone (might be the same or a different carer) who is willing to provide out of term time care (Easter, parts of the Summer etc).
We have a breakdown of the care we will require for the next 12 months to help you plan your hours/level of income you would get over a longer period. We can offer the right candidate long term employment as our daughter is just starting at school.
I think we are a pretty good family to work for, we are fair and make the effort to help the nanny plan ahead (giving notice on holidays many months in advance for example). We say goodbye to our current nanny who has been with us since I went back from maternity leave (three years with us) as part of this move to Guildford.
We are also open to different arrangements for the right person, for example if you need more hours we could offer a nanny/housekeeper role. We would also value someone who would do babysitting.
What we are most interested in is the right carer for our daughter. Someone who will support her as she transitions into big girl school. This also involves picking her up from school and beinging her home (this might involve walking or driving...depending on the house we secure but can try and be flexible - in an ideal world you drive and have your own car but it is not a dealbreaker). The most important thing is we have someone who is safe, kind and to have fun and do interesting crafts or bake etc.
