About Me
I am a busy mum to two little girls, aged nearly 7 and 4. My 4 year old will start school in September. The girls are lively and incredibly bright.
I work 3 days per week in quite a full on role in the heritage sector, and also pursue heritage projects on a freelance basis outside of this.
I am recently divorced and am finding that extra support with the girls outside of the agreed times is difficult.
I don't have any family support so finding the right person whom I trust implicitly and will ideally become part of our family unit is the dream!
My Requirements
I am looking for an experienced, warm and hands on nanny to build a secure relationship with my girls, aged nearly 7 and 4.
I am recently divorced and while my ex and I have shared care of the girls, I find that I am very much bound by this arrangement and if anything crops up for me when the girls are due to be with me, I have no further support network.
Sadly, work and life events do not fall neatly into a rigid arrangement. So, the time has come to find support with the girls outside of this.
I'm not looking at set days at the moment. Rather, someone we can all get to know and have as part of our lives. Who I will feel able to trust with the girls if I have to work an evening or weekend event (I work at a stately home, so the summer months are busy), or get the opportunity to go away for few days (this doesn't happen often)!
There is likely to be school runs and before and after school care, evening care if I am running an event, and the odd weekend day, around when their father is due to see them.
I also need to travel for a week in early October 2025.
I don't have parents or anyone else who can help me. Hopefully, getting to know us and be part of our little unit on a more ad hoc basis will be of interest.
