Hello, I’m Anita, the heart behind Kidsglo Childminding in Enfield.

With a background in Psychology and a deep understanding of child development, I focus on nurturing the whole child, emotionally, socially, and intellectually. Our approach is child-led, with strong routines and creative play at the core of each day.
I work alongside a trusted and experienced assistant, ensuring a high adult-to-child ratio. This allows us to provide personalized attention, helping each child feel valued and supported.
My Experience
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting numerous families, adapting to a wide range of needs and schedules. As an experienced childminder and former nursery manager, with 15 years of experience, I bring a strong foundation in safeguarding, paediatric first aid, and planning meaningful activities aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
Our setting is more than just childcare, it’s a safe haven where children aged 9 months to 8 years can thrive emotionally, socially, and intellectually. We understand the demands of modern parenting, and whether you’re juggling flexible work hours, looking for funded childcare, or simply seeking a consistent, caring space for your little one, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
My Qualifications
I hold an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, along with certifications in Health and Social Care and Psychology. These qualifications, paired with years of hands-on experience, give me a well-rounded understanding of both child development and family support. My training ensures I deliver high-quality care that meets each child's emotional, physical, and educational needs in a nurturing and structured environment.
My Availability
We currently offer childcare services with flexible options to accommodate a wide range of family needs:
Operating Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 7:00AM to 6:00PM (flexible)
Care Options: Full-time, part-time, term-time, and school holiday care
Additional offerings:
? Funded childcare places for 2, 3 & 4-year-olds

? School drop-off and pick-up

Kidsglo have been amazing with my son who is autistic and non verbal. He's bonded with the staff very well and did so quickly, meaning they provide safe and nurturing environment, which means tremendously to me due to my sons special needs. Thank you Sister Anita for your wonderful service.

We’ve been having a great experience with kids Glo.
We have been having a lovely lady coming to our house to look after my children after school.
She is very polite, hard working and great with the kids.
Always brings activities for them to do.
My children are always excited to see her.
I will continue using this service for the foreseeable future.
