My Experience

I have cared for many families from many backgrounds, cultures, nationalities and faiths.

So over the 25 years I've have cared for families from Turkey, Columbia, Portugal, Romania, South Africa, New Zealand, Brazil, Greece, Italy, Greece, Albania and a New Age Traveller.

Also children with Special Needs, such as: ADHD, Sight, Hearing and Speech problems, Aspergers and many dietary requirements.

My Availability

For 9 months funding 15 hours, 2yrs funding 15 hours, 3/4 yrs (15hrs/30hrs), up to school age ie 4/5 years.



8am to 5.30pm

I will help with any extra hours needed.

My Fees

• Childminding from £6.50 per hour

I provide a fully inclusive
service, I am required by Ofsted and Wiltshire Council list all the services I provide so families can understand my pricing.

I provide outings and group activities…community activities we support the Christmas annual tree decorations in St Bartholomew’s church in Corsham, to raise money, National Trust Lacock Abbey Christmas tree competition, support the 80th anniversary of VE Day by making poppies, The Big Toddle, kings Celebrations in our local Royal British Legion.
Weekly outings enjoyed by my minded children include Westonbirt, American museum in Bath, Art Gallery, REME museum, local National trusts garden and houses, National Heritage sites, Brean beach, Zoo, Bath city farm, animal parks, park lands, splash pads, local wooded areas, Childminder allotment, craft groups, singing groups, singing in a local care home, library, Corsham Gymnastics Academy, Attwell car museum, every local play park and area.

I am an active group member of Corsham Childminders, we as a group have a shared curriculum, we get all our children ‘school ready’, we actually promote toilet training, group P.E. sessions(I provide P.E. Kit and homemade bags), mindfulness at our ‘stay n play’ sessions, sports day, we socialise all children going to school, EYFS and Ofsted both value a child being school ready and so do we, we want our little ones to love school and thrive.




All families to prove sandwiches boxes, evening meals, change of clothes, nappies, creams and wet wipes, I do provide nappies/wet-wipes when needed, lunches and snacks when required, all included within the Inclusive price.

I do provide lunch box containers for each child, beakers, snowsuits, Puddlesuits, body warmers, woolly hats, snoods, gloves, slipper socks, sun hats, wellies and sun suits, all these clothing items allow the children to enjoy the day and weather, never unsuitable weather because we have the suitable clothes, we live with the British weather, everyday it changes and we are ready.

My working day is Minimum of 2 days, of which is 7 hours and maximum of 10 hours.

£5.52 hr 3/4 yrs funding so a contribution of £0.98 to bring my hourly rate to £6.50, contribution cover all my costs of outings, fuel, groups, associations, resources and crafts.
My fees will increase April 2026 £7 per hour.
