About Me
Hello, my name is Lisa. I am a friendly, reliable, and flexible childminder with many years of experience working with and looking after children. I am fully qualified and OFSTED-registered with extensive knowledge in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and safeguarding children. I am first aid trained and hold a fully enhanced DBS check, ensuring a safe and secure environment for your child.
I live with my fiancé and two daughters in a warm and welcoming home environment. We have two small dogs and rabbits, all of which are child-friendly and have their secure areas. Our home is a nurturing space where children can explore, learn, and grow under attentive and loving care in an inclusive environment where every child is valued and respected.
I understand that the thought of leaving your little one can be daunting, and it is crucial to get it right. I go to great lengths to support this transition and make it as easy as possible for everyone involved. I work closely with parents and carers, encouraging their involvement with regular updates on their child's progress. Communication is key, and I ensure you are always informed about your child's activities and development.
We enjoy a variety of messy play activities that stimulate creativity and sensory exploration. These activities range from painting, playdough, foam, sand, and water play. I believe that children learn best through their play, and I provide a stimulating environment that meets the criteria for the EYFS.
Little Rascals Childcare is based in Pendower NE15 6PY
We also run holiday club £40 per day during all school holidays.

I have worked as a childminder for 4 year. I worked in a Creche for 4 years, and I also volunteered and worked in schools. I also have 3 children of my own.

Fees include breakfast, snacks, and tea. parents must supply a pack lunch for lunchtime.

It was my first time in Newcastle and Lisa was the first childminder that popped up when I searched for childminders. My son was taken good care of, he was the happiest. I loved that Lisa gives updates on the child on their first day to ease off the stress of not knowing how your child is copying.
I highly recommend.

Lisa and her team are nothing short of exceptional. They showed my baby so much care and affection and put me at ease leaving her with them. Look no further. Truly one of a kind. Thank you Little Rascals ☺️

Lisa is an amazing, friendly and supportive childminder. She used to look after my little boy and he would get so excited every morning we pulled up and he saw Lisa was there.
She made his days fun filled and treated and cared for him (and all the kids there!!) like her own.
Lisa made sure I had communication throughout the day to keep me updated with pictures of activites or trips they would take so i was always knew what he was up to.
If your a parent wondering wether to contact Lisa then do it! She will make sure your little one is well looked after, and has the best of times : )

We are so glad we found Lisa and Graeme when looking for childcare for our daughter age 6. Lisa and Graeme do care about her with high responsibility, are very friendly, do lots of play activities with our daughter, she feels safe and happy with them.
We would like to say Many Thanks to Lisa and Graeme for the time they took care of our daughter. They are The Best !!!

My little boy struggled in a nursery placement before little rascals and ever since has settled in straight away he absolutely loves Lisa, Graeme and Lorraine absolutely lovely people and childcare is of the highest standard wouldn't go anywhere else now

Lisa looked after my little girl for many years. My daughter absolutely loves her, she’s fab with children. Highly recommended to anyone looking for childcare ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lisa is fantastic and has looked after both my little boys. My kids love her and I wouldn’t go to anyone else now. She’s an absolute diamond and I can’t recommend her enough for anyone looking for childcare.
