About Me
Hi my name is Ayan Ali am ofsted registered, I live with my 10 years old son, he’s funny very helpful and he’s into his puzzles and books, he started to go to boxing club near my area which he enjoys meeting new people which he is sociable boy and my cat name mitten he’s 1 years old and mostly outdoor cat, he’s gentle around other children. I worked as Early years practitioner In Nusery for 3 years now and have good experience in Early years education, which I enjoyed every minute. Am outdoors person, I believe children learn better exploring Nature. I have worked in Nusery having to care for all ages from six month to four years old, I have gained good experience which I believe every child is Unique and it’s my role to identify that and build good relationship with children and their parents. My main aim is working around child interest helping them to build their confidence in seven areas of learning, my aim is to set next steps to aid child learning and development with input of the child’s parents. I believe parents know their child best and us working together we can build strong relationship.
I was inspected by Ofsted in February 2025 and they gave me good grading:).
Am open from 7:30 to 6pm
In my area There is farm, parks , community centres which offers play and stay sessions.
As well as Aquarium , joining in other childminding sessions group.
I have full insurance public Liability cover.
I look forward to meeting children/parents.
My Experience
I have studied level 2 in Early years education in Ashley college and after completing the course I started working in Nusery which gave me knowledge and experience in Early years education as well as caring for all ages groups in Nusery setting.
I have also completed Introduction to childminding.

First aid , safeguarding and prevent duties, FGM training.

Ayan has looked after both my boys (and still does!) from when I returned from both my maternity leaves. She is lovely, very caring and nurturing and is so supportive of my children’s needs and development. She is flexible and great at communication- sending lots of photos of what the boys are up to during the day and letting us know how they are getting on it they are feeling a bit under the weather. She encourages outdoor play in her garden and on trips around the area and if the weather isn’t suitable sets up lots of indoor activities including attending playgroups.
I can’t recommend Ayan highly enough, and we are so lucky to have found her.
