About Me
HI I live in Gourock on the modern estate beside Inverclyde Royal hospital with my husband Peter our 2 children Evie (26) luke (21) have moved out to their own homes now.
I am a fully trained NNEB nursery nurse I also have HNC working with children in the early years. I previously worked in 2 very large nurseries in Glasgow and Paisley for 4 years in the babyroom and 3 years with the 2 to 5 year age group.
I have been a registered childminder for 26 years and I have had children from babies of 3 months to 12 years in my care with most of the children staying in my care for many years and also having futher siblings from the same family its lovely to see the children grow up and many still stay in touch with me for years later.
I have a playroom where I like the children to feel at home in and I have another sitting room and dinning room which we also use depending what we are doing. I have many toys and educational games and arts and crafts and I offer a nurturing enviroment for children to have fun and play in we are outdoors as much as possible at the various local parks and lunderston bay,local museum,library, book bug, baby and toddler groups, soft play ,we regularly take daytrips to the Science centre,Riverside Museum, Peoples palace,Kelvingrove Tall ship, Finlaystone (there are no extra charges for outings they are included in the fees)
I really enjoy seeing the children have fun in all the places we go to.
I am register wait the care inspectorate and I am a member of SCMA who I have public liability insurance with I also have a clean driving licence and a 7 seater car so I can offer a drop off and pick up service to local schools and nursery.

My Availability
Please contact me to find out about vacancies as these can change with children moving on to nursery and school and parents changing hours at work.
I pick up and drop off from various schools and nurseries in the local area as I am near to all Gourock schools and nurseries but also Greenock schools and nurseries due to my location.
My normal hours are from 7.30am till 6pm but I can be flexible with these times and I can start earlier to accomodate shift workers.
