About Me

I'm Covid-19 Vaccinated

I’m Vicki, a Mum of two beautiful and loving children (12yo girl and 6yo boy).

I work as an A&E nurse for 2 long days a week.

(I also have a ragdoll cat called Gino, who loves to be cuddled, brushed, and played with - and the children adore him!)

My Requirements

Live Out Nanny
Part Time Nanny

I am looking for a Nanny for Thursdays and Fridays specifically, due to no longer having childcare from my ex-husband for the two long days a week I work, and shorter days not being an option due to the nature of the work ?

I work on a 4-week repeating schedule, and the children would go to their Dads every other weekend starting on a Friday night.

- Week 1:
I work 0700-1930 on Thursday and Friday, so would require someone to be with the children from either 0600 or 0630 and to take the youngest to school (the eldest can walk herself), then to collect the youngest from school at 1515 (or after school club depending on what works for you), until 2000 when I get home. The eldest can make her own way home after school and may spend an hour at a club or with her friends after school finishes, but shouldn’t be on her own for long at home where possible.

- ?Week 2:
I work Saturday and Sunday so they are with their Dad, so theoretically I wouldn’t need any help this week!

- ?Week 3:
Same as Week 1

- ?Week 4:
I work from 1000-2200, so would not need the morning drop off ? but I would require someone to pick up the youngest (and the eldest to come back herself), and their dad will pick them up from the house at 2000.

***

My youngest has ?ADHD/Autism. He is incredibly sweet and loving, but understandably can find life quite difficult at times so I'm looking for some stability for him in that sense for the two days a week I have to work.

My eldest has epilepsy and an ACE button in her bowel, but she only occasionally seizes at night when she’s asleep and this is managed well with medication (which she needs reminding to take in the morning and it’s in daily labelled dosset boxes in a lockbox in the bathroom), and I/her manage her bowel washouts so this isn’t something you’d need to worry about either ?

I’m not 100% sure how school holidays would work at this stage, I’m happy to have a discussion on what you feel may work (e.g. dropping off/picking up from holiday clubs).
