About Me
Hello, I'm Amanda, 53 yrs old, Mum of 3 & a grandmother. Ive lots of practical experience gained over many years of; raising my own children, my grandson aged 11, as a previous T.A., Care Support providing respite care to children with disabilities & a Family Practitioner for troubled families.
Im warm & caring & a reliable babysitter, who enjoys time with children. I make sure the children are safe, follow their routine, remind them of their manners and rules parents set, but I'm fun & fair too. We always have some fun! :)

Amanda has helped us out with regular babysitting over the last few months. She is always punctual, keeps in contact, has a great way with the children. She calmly and effectively deals with tea, bath, bed, stories and even does my son's reading with him. She is very warm but is effective at keeping control (!) And always gives a lovely update of what we missed! Highly recommended

I was a nervous 1st time babysittee but Amanda soon put my mind at rest! My 2 boys absolutely adore her, she is literally part of our family and we are so lucky to have her as support for us when the hubby and I need some adult dinner and drinks time!
Couldn’t recommend Amanda enough, she’s so good with my boys and they are always happy to see her as she lets them win at chess 😉

I connected with Amanda instantly on the phone as it was clear that we shared the same view of the importance of instilling core values like manners, boundaries, routines and clear instructions. She has a firm but fair approach, which is congruent with my being consistent with giving my kids a frame work where they understand what is acceptable and non acceptable behaviour. Her warmth and humour comes through and my kids had a lot of laughs with her and was comfortable to wake up with her on their own, without me there. I would thoroughly recommend Amanda and she will be my first point of call when I come back in the UK.

Your children are wonderful, bright and loving ❤️ and as little as they are, know their manners and are beautifully polite. They're little treasures! They took to me so quickly and we had such fun over those days ending with big hugs. Miss you guys and look forward to seeing you all again when you next return to the U.K. More big hugs from here to Italy 🇮🇹 🤗
We have regularly used Amanda for our monthly night outs and help looking after our girls when we have to go to work. Would highly recommend. She has a lovely nature with our children and is very down to earth- often baking cakes and playing games with our daughters. We have been really pleased with her especially as 'getting a babysitter' was quite a new experience.

Amanda have been look after my boys for the last few month, evening time during weekdays.
She’s very caring about my two boys, cook dinner for them, checking on their homework, also she always make home tidy. She’s very patience with kids as well.
Highly recommended!

We have been with Amanda around 1 year. Our 2 boys (8/6 years old) are really enjoy with Amanda, she is really caring and organising, preparing fresh food for boys. She also really cares about kids manners and rules. I am really happy able to have Amanda to help me. Highly recommended:)
