About Me
I am a 23 year old female looking for a nannying job. I have worked in a nursery and a preschool for 2 years, have done babysitting for 7 years and have volunteered at my local youth club previously. I also worked as a preschool room leader for 3 months but unfortunately the nursery closed down. I also have worked as a toddler room leader in another nursery. I live in Long Ashton but can drive so anything in the North Somerset/Bristol area would be perfect but I can commute further if needs be
I am flexible to timings and work patterns.
I can drive so am able to take the children out on day trips/ take them to and from school and to any clubs or appointments they may have, and run any errands for the family. I am also able to do some cooking and cleaning.
I am paediatric first aid trained and have undergone safeguarding training and food hygiene training. I also have a full DBS.
My Experience
I’ve worked in an early years setting for 2 years gaining experience working with children from 3 months to 5 years, but I mainly worked with 3-5 year olds.
I also did a long term placement in a year 2 class working with 6-7 year olds, and helped run the local youth club for children aged 8-11.
I also have done regular babysitting jobs for children from 18 months to 14 years old, and have a wide range of experience working with children with additional needs.
I was also a pre school room leader for 3 months but unfortunately the setting had to close
My Qualifications
I have a national diploma in level 3 children’s play, learning and development
I have 8 GCSEs grade A-C including science, English, maths and child development
I have a DBS, and am food hygiene, paediatric first aid and safeguarding trained
