My Requirements

I am currently on maternity till mid October 2024 when I will return to work and will be looking for a nanny to start part time on my return. The first few months will be less hours as my husband will be 50% but from February onwards these hours would increase but would still be part time. We will both work full time at the airport with varied shift patters, some early starts/late finishes and on call, however not normally both at the same time. We are looking for someone who can be flexible with our varying shift patterns to help care for our 2 children. This can include being ‘on call’ at your own home which would be paid at full rate whether used or not. There maybe some very early starts and very late finishes. We are happy to pay an agreed salary and pay extra for any hours over the set amount. Days and times worked would vary each month and we would always be able to provide this in advance with days off never changed. We have a good work life balance and it worked out very well for our previous nanny. We believe we can offer this same balance to the person that comes help care for our 2 children.
