About Me
Hello! We are a family of four, soon to be five; myself, full time working husband, 8 year old son, 2.5 year old daughter, and I’m currently 14 weeks pregnant :)
My son is 8 years old and attends a fantastic local SEN school. He has a very rare genetic syndrome meaning he has complex additional needs. He has ASD, ADHD, SPD, PICA, non-verbal, doubly incontinent. Cognitively he is peeking at around 9-12 months. Physically he is the size and weight of an 11-12 year old. He is dangerously mobile and aggressively affectionate! He is a typically happy boy who loves Mr Tumble, iPad, water play, books and food! He requires 24/7 support through all day to day needs.
We are looking for a PA to cover 2 hours after school on various days on a 2:1 ratio. Plus extra longer shifts during the school holidays. Some weekend respite available also. This would be paid via Direct Payments which is a council funded plan.
