Hello! My name is Isabel, I am a recent graduate in a creative field with a love for child development and creativity in children. I have a bubbly and upbeat personality as well as a patient and kind demeanor. I currently work at a Library setting as head of childrens, I've previously been a nanny and wanted to come back to make some extra income.
I am flexible for evening and overnight stays, for day time or all day it would have to be worked around my working hours!
My Experience
I have experience working with young people through being a team leader with NCS, I was in charge of 15 young people at a time. I was responsible for the safety of the kids as well as ensuring they were having a great time through planned activities. I became an expert in conflict resolution and quick thinking, making sure everyone was always having fun and felt safe enough to come to me with any issue they may have. I also have more classroom-based experience through class-led skill boosters led by Learn by Design, where I was in charge of leading several lessons across the UK ensuring engagement and learning throughout.
My Qualifications
I have had previous one of nanny jobs as well as being a nanny for a family for almost a year, as well as teaching and youth leading experience
