I’m a personal Trainer with over 12 years experience I teach Bootcamps on Sundays and enjoy being outdoors going for long walks with my dogs.
Back in 1995 I was doing my child care NVQ level 3 but due to having my daughter then my son popped along so I didn’t get the opportunity to complete the course but I did work in the nursery for the three years I then became a house wife raising my family for 11 years before both children went to secondary school that’s when I was given the opportunity to work in Sobell leisure centre as the soft play manager and was also able to run the junior gym for children aged 14 to 18.

Qualified to train children from 8 to 18
Alcohol and drug abuse
Spin-circuit-TRX-kettle bell-Vipr training all different ad-ons for fitness
First aid trained for both children and adults
My Availability
8am-5:30-6pm of later if required Tuesday-Friday
Mondays are available but would need to work that around other job.
Pick ups and drop offs
Evening and weekend Babysitting also available on request.
