My Requirements

We are looking for a new full-time live out nanny to work in Battersea looking after our two children, aged 4 and 20m. The role is M-F, 50-55hrs a week.

Ideally we would fine someone who:
- is bright and engaged and enjoys helping young children learn and grow
- reliable, organised, and proactive
- enjoys reading and doing creative activities
- handles laundry and cooking for the kids as well as general tidying after them (we have a cleaner 2x week for the main housework)
- is happy to take the kids outside to playgrounds/for walks/for classes at least once a day (good for them to get outside!)

Driving licence not required although if you have one then you can be insured on our car (we don't tend to drive much in central London anyway)

We don't need you to have any specific qualification (although we are very happy to hear about any studies you have undertaken), but would like to hear references from your previous employers and/or other relevant people, and will go through the standard background checks prior to employment.

Pay is dependent on experience level and fit for the role (and there would be room for growth over time). The main thing for us is to find the right person who is a fit with the family and can commit to the role and who can provide consistency for the children.
