About Me
I live with my two daughters aged 15 & 10 years, small dog aged 11 and older cat. We have a cosy home situated in a rural area with a big garden and great access to local woodland. love using my pre-school experience in a home environment to care for babies and children of all ages.
My Experience
I have two daughters aged 17 & 12 years that I enjoyed spending time at home with when they were small. Through helping/working at their pre-school I discovered my love of Early Years education and subsequently completed a Batchelors Degree in Child Development & Learning @ Reading University. I have several years experience as an Early Years practitioner, deputy manager/manager and SENCo at a local pre-school and enjoy caring for children in my home. I aim to follow children's interests whilst planning activities to support development and ignite curiosity following a nature based curriculum. We have a large garden and just across the road woodland to explore.
