We are looking for a proactive and engaging nanny to look after, care for and help grow our two wonderful children aged 1 and 3 years old.
We live in a lovely house with a garden very close to a park with playground.
Our daughter is at preschool until 1pm (term time) so the role would be half days with our son and afternoons / school holidays with both children.
My Requirements
Minimum requirements:
• available 08:15-18:15
• enhanced DBS cleared and first aid certified
• experience with toddlers and multiple children
• driving license (preferred, would make the role immeasurably easier!)
Primary duties:
• age-appropriate activities, outings and play dates
• nappy changing
• naps
• preschool drop off (if neither of us can do it) and pickup
• preparing and giving of snacks/lunch
• preparing dinner (we eat as a family)
• stimulating, reading with and engaging the children
• washing up and tidying up after children
• children’s laundry
To note:
• We are a bilingual English / French household so an understanding of French will make the role more fun for you but speaking French would be great for the kids!
• We live on a fairly steep road so the role is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues
• This role does not require any travel as we prefer to travel without any additional childcare support when we are with family.
• Similarly, we will not overload you with babysitting requests with this role. We respect your boundaries and need for a personal life of your own. And we enjoy our time with our children when we aren’t at work!
• Keeping everything above board is important to us as is your financial stability. We are happy to use nannytax or nannypaye.
