My Summary

My Experience

During my time at university I was a part time supply early years teaching assistant. This included working in many different schools around the Nottingham area, teaching nursery and key stage 1 classes.
I am an early years group leader at a children’s activity day camp where I look after the early years children ages 4 and a half - 6 years old. I plan and deliver a variety of activities throughout the day with structure and enthusiasm whilst also ensuring I complete all the daily welfare checks throughout. I set up and maintain a suitable base room area that is inviting for the children whilst ensuring it is kept tidy and all equipment is packed away throughout the day.
I was for spagetti maths. My role includes working at primary schools where I present an after school maths club to a class of around twenty children .
I worked at a children’s adventure farm park where I was part of the catering team. My responsibility’s included making sure that customers where happy, serving food, working on the restaurant counter and helping clean.
I worked at a busy independent coffee shop , where I was given full training. I made and prepared the food to a high quality whilst also making sure that the kitchen was clean and tidy at the same time.
I regularly babysit for friends and family.

My Qualifications

Qualified in paediatric first aid.
Enhanced DBS checked.
Full Uk drivers license.
Awarded a sustainability in practice certificate.
Achieved LAMDA grade five with distinction..
Received my Bronze Arts Award for drama
Grade four in singing.
Strong writing skills and ability to communicate and present to a high standard.
Able to communicate across a number of different media including Zoom, Microsoft Teams and emails.
Computer skills including Mac, Windows, Adobe Photoshop and Indesign and Microsoft Office. Fundamental knowledge and skill of textile principles: knit, print, weave, embroidery and multimedia.
