Hi, my name is Jen. I have been a primary school teacher for the past 10 years who has developed a love for teaching early reading and phonics.
I believe learning to read is essential as it is part of our everyday lives and a skill that gives us so much independence.
I also enjoy teaching maths and have used White Rose maths for the past 6 years as guidance.
My Experience
10 years as a primary school teacher mainly teaching children age 4-6. During that time I led early reading and phonics for 5 years.
My Qualifications
I have a Bachelors of Art with Honours Degree in Childhood Studies as well as a Graduate Diploma in Education. I also have QTS status.
