My Experience

I grew up in a childminding setting run by both my parents and have been around children my entire childhood to adult life. As I became older, I regularly babysat for many different families within the Twickenham/St Margarets and Richmond area. When I was 17 I got my first part time job as a childminder assistant whilst studying at college. Once I completed my college BTEC at the age of 18, I continued part-time work as a childminder assistant as well as working as a nanny part time.

After I completed my Commercial Music degree at the University of Westminster I worked for a nursery part time as a marketing and social media manager working with both teams across Hopscotch Nursery and The Goslings Nursery School. I also worked with the author of ‘Give Birth Without Fear’, Susanna Heli, as a social media manager across her English, Swedish and Finnish accounts.
At this time I also helped my mother with creating her own after school knitting club business as we worked with Primary schools across the borough.

I have experience working as bank staff at Rosslyn Park Nursery where I worked directly with the children which was very rewarding.

I currently work as a TA for Belmont Primary school where I work one-to-one with SEN children helping them develop their phonics, writing skills and mathematical skills.
