About Me
I have over 22yrs childcare experience with children aged from newborn to 11yrs. I operate a small childminding group from within a purpose built building at my home (named Kings Avenue Childcare & Pre-School) working with two assistants who are also registered with Ofsted. We care for up to 8 children at one time.
I provide quality toys and equipment and have a large, secure garden for outdoor play. We promote learning through the EYFS and follow the national curriculum.
My Experience
My whole career has been in childcare, starting out in nurseries, playgroups and pre-school centres, first time mothers support, leading to years as a nanny, proxy parenting, travel nannying, and the last 16 years have been as a registered childminder.
My Qualifications
I am NVQ level 3 and PPA qualified, trained and up to date in First Aid, Food Safety, Safeguarding Children, specialise in newborn care and am a driver, with a clean licence.
My Availability
I have child spaces available for 2024, operating (Mon-Fri) 7:45am-6pm.

My Fees
- Childminding from £10.50 per hour
My fee is £10.50. All food is provided. You are only required to bring nappies and formula if your child is still using these items.

My son was looked after by Nicole and her small team from Jan - Nov 2018. He started attending at 15 months and was full time; 7.45am 6pm, 5 days per week as I went back to work full time. I can truly say hand on heart Nicole provided him with the most nurturing and loving environment and as a result he has turned into the most wonderful toddler. I never once had to worry about his welfare. Nicole and her assistants provide such a stimulating environment for the children. Nicole has a lovely garden with toys and children’s apparatus which the children make full use of as their mini playground and my son had such a fantastic summer in her care (often refusing to go home!). My son loved his time with Nicole - she provides the perfect setting for parents wanting a ‘home away from home’ environment and particularly those apprehensive to send their child to a large childcare facility. All of the children my son is friends with through her care have also loved attending the setting and together they have such a joyous little community. I would highly highly recommend her to anyone looking for a childminder/small nursery setting in the N10 area.
