About Me
I am French-English-Maltese and my husband is Maltese, making our kids an interesting combination :) and we are looking for a hybrid model (nursery / part-time nanny) to help take care of our kids.
My Requirements
Headline: 8.30am to 5pm - twice a week + coverage when kids are unwell
I am looking for a part-time nanny for my 2 kids starting from February 2025:
- My son is currently 2.5 years old and goes to nursery full time :)
- My daughter is a teeny tiny 2 months old :)
As I go back to work in Feb / March of next year, I am looking for a hybrid model to give the best to my children. My ideal plan is for them to go to nursery 3 days a week each and then have 2 days at home (together or separately depending on the day).
The other very important factor is to have help from the part-time nanny when the kids are sick. To date, this has been our biggest challenge for my husband and myself as we do not have family close by to help and busy jobs.
This would mean a flexible arrangement to help cover the additional days when the kids are unwell. Please note that, we are also open to pooling in with another family if this can help pay for the nanny and get full coverage when needed.
In addition, there can be ad hoc babysitting in the evenings when convenient for all parties.
