I'm a lively, kind, compassionate, responsible and organised individual with over 4 years of childcare experience.
I've previously worked as a sole-charge nanny/ Personal Assistant for private households and I hold a Level 3 Early Years Educator Qualification (teaching children from 3 months to 13 years old).
I am studying an online Bachelor's Degree in Health and Social Care.
One of my favourite things that being a super nanny (or "Mary Poppins" as I like to call it) entailed, was to educate the children and be a positive role model, provide support with their learning development, stimulate creativity and imagination through various activities (eg. arts and craft, role-play, drawing, story time) and expand on their understanding of the world.
My prior role as a sole-charge PA nanny entailed the followed:
• All nanny and nursery duties
• Managing all things child and school related (bags, uniforms, diaries, newsletters, etc.)
• Taking the children to and from school and other activties
• Coordinating between the parents’ schedules
• Meal planning, cooking dinner and grocery shopping for the family
• Arranging and attending doctor appointments, playdates, after-school clubs, activities and camps for the children
• Keeping the kids’ things tidy (clothes, toys, books, etc.)
• International travel
• PA duties include admin tasks, such as travel/ household coordination, returning parcels, arranging deliveries, planning special events, birthday shopping, communicating with other staff within the premises, placing orders online etc.
I have a passion for making a real difference and aim to create an environment that enriches the lives of children, as well as supporting their health, well-being and overall happiness.
I have real experience and sound judgement caring for children due to my Advanced Early Years Practitioner role in nurseries, as well as private nannying. I've completed an NCFE CACHE Level 4 Foundation Degree in the Early Years and prior to that, a Level 5 CIPD Accredited Diploma in Childcare.
It's also worth mentioning that I am First Aid trained and have a drivers license.
I have noticed that my strength lies in my flexibility and energy to jump between different tasks, all the while able to focus 100% and put each individual's happiness and wellbeing as a top priority.
