Hello!

We are a family with a daughter who is almost three and are expecting a little boy in May.

Our current wonderful nanny, who has been with us since our daughter was born, is due to leave at the end of September because she is having her own baby.

We are friendly and easy-going parents, who need childcare help due to our demanding jobs, which involve long hours.

We are looking for a full-time nanny to start in September (timing slightly flexible) to:

- Work full-time Monday-Friday from 8am to 7.30pm (with an earlier finish time of 5pm on Fridays). We realise these are long hours, so would be willing to consider a four-day a week role (Monday-Thur, 8am-7.30pm)
- Primarily look after our newborn son, who will be 4 months old in September – taking him to the park, to baby classes etc
- Our daughter started nursery part-time at the age of two, and will move to full-time attendance from September
- Regarding our daughter, we would like you to help dress and breakfast our daughter between 8-9am, and then do the nursery drop-off, which is a 10 minute walk away
- We would like you to collect her from nursery around 5pm each day and then give her dinner and bathtime. We will continue to put her to bed after 7.30pm
- We would like you to cook healthy food for our children, prioritise reading with them (particularly our daughter as she prepares to start school in September 2026), and assist us with instilling good values and manners

- We would like to ask you to do two evenings of babysitting a month (Mon-Fri), to be agreed by mutual convenience
- We would be interested to know if you would ever be willing to travel with us when we go on holiday, but this is not a deal-breaker!
- Please let us know if you have a driving licence and would be happy to drive our children in London in our family car (again, not a dealbreaker if not)

Our daughter is a happy, kind girl and we like to think of ourselves as a relaxed family.

We recognise plans can change, but in an ideal world, we would like to find a nanny who would be with us for the long-term, as we envisage continuing to need significant help when our children are at school.
