I am a 34 year old mum of two, living in Redhill with my husband, our two lovely children (2.5 year old daughter and 7 month old son) and our cockapoo Franklin (3 years old). I work in social finance (three days from home and 2 days in the office). My hobbies include baking, cycling and painting. My husband is a freelancer who has quite flexible hours and typically does about 2 days childcare and 3 days work per week.
We live in a five bedroom house in Redhill Surrey. Redhill/Earlswood stations are a five minute drive/ 15 minute walk away with 35/40 minute connections into several London stations (Victora, London Bridge, Kings Cross) and we have lovely countryside walks with woods and lakes on our doorstep. Redhill and Reigate high streets are nearby with a good selection of shops and restaurants.

My Requirements
We are looking for a live-in nanny-housekeeper to help us manage our house and look after the children.
It would be a mix of sole charge taking care of our son about 3 days a week, and helping out with the housework (cleaning, laundry, dishes, meal prep) the other 2 days. Dog walking would be a plus!
Our daughter is in Nursery 9-5 Monday-Thursday so we would mostly need help looking after our baby boy. We can mostly do the nursery runs ourselves but a driver would be a plus to occasionally help with this plus get to various activities around Surrey with our son. We have a car available.
We are looking for someone organised, friendly and caring, and with childcare experience, particularly with children under one. Someone who is ok with a changing schedule based on our needs is important. Comfort nannying around dogs is also important. We love to travel and usually holiday internationally 3-5 times a year and someone who is open to travelling with us sometimes would be a plus.
In return we would offer a salary of up to 30k (gross, offer depending on hours/experience) for 4-6 days a week plus 1-2 evenings babysitting, and a friendly and respectful work environment. We’d also be happy to contribute to the cost of some part time professional development / childcare qualifications.
