I am a passionate and thoughtful worker with a love for creativity and working with children. I love being outside and enjoying all the good things the world has to offer. I am an experiences and qualified childcare practitioner who has had the fortune to work in both council nurseries and as an animation team member in hotels abroad performing on stage and running multiple entertainment activities.
My Experience
I worked in a council nursery for a few years. Where I gained and developed multiple skills such as observation, safety, creativity and understanding just to name a few. The last few summers I also worked in a kids club in a foreign country working for a travel agency where I got to further develop my skills as I had the freedom to become more creative with the activities I was planning for the children. Over the Christmas period I was lucky enough to work in Finland as an elf in Santas grotto where I use the magic of Christmas to help spread joy to children and adults alike.
My Qualifications
I achieved an SVQ level 3 in Social Services (Children and Young People) and have also completed a handful of online courses taught by the open learn. I am also First Aid qualified.
My Availability
I am currently at home before I am away working in childcare abroad for 5 and would like to still work in the career I love whilst I am back in Scotland. I am available whenever needed.
