About Me
Hi there! I am a qualified Ofsted registered childminder going under the name of Robinswood Rascals. I am very passionate about working with children and cannot wait to embark on this exciting new adventure from 23rd September 2024.
I have completed and passed all of the required and relevant courses including safeguarding, Paediatric first aid and Food hygiene plus many extras and am very keen to continue extending my knowledge.
I have 3 children of my own, the youngest being only 2 and the eldest age 11. I come from a large family so have lots of experience with children of all ages.
We have 2 pugs and 1 guinea pig as family pets who are all very child friendly.
I have a brand new purpose built garden building within a large fully enclosed garden which is not overlooked.
Lots of brand new toys, furniture and equipment including outdoor water play, sandpits, mud-kitchen, ride ons, diggers, and a large vegetable patch which the children will be encouraged to look after. Tuff trays will be used regularly with a whole variety of exciting themes for the children to explore.
Messy play encouraged and lots of sensory toys to engage the younger ones.
Play kitchen, book corner, lots of different types of role play plus so much more!
Children will make use of the family living room each morning and before picked up to go home which is set out with themes daily but they will be primarily be making use of the cabin and garden as well as the nature areas and parks in the surrounding area.
Healthy snacks and lunch are provided
I am open between 8am and 5:30pm
Monday- Thursday
Government funding and tax free childcare accepted.

My Experience
I have 3 boys of my own with the youngest being only 2 years old and the eldest being age 11.
I come from a large family and have lots of experience looking after my nieces and then their children and I have done a lot of babysitting for children of various ages.
I am also a godmother to 4 children who I am very close to.
I attend regular webinars and am a full member of childminding.co.uk so I am always up to date with the latest childcare knowledge/ info.
My Qualifications
Paediatric first aid course and all required Early Years modules plus extras.
Enhanced DBS checked
Food Hygiene
Always keen to attend webinars and do further modules to enhance my knowledge.
My Availability
I am open Monday - Thursday 8:00am- 5:30pm but am flexible and open to requests so please feel free to ask me anything.
Open all year round but will consider term time only.

- Babysitting from £12.50 per hour

£7.00 per hour TTO
