I am a 26 year old musical professional with a degree in Musical Theatre and a passion for supporting children with special educational needs. Growing up in Hong Kong, I developed a love for performance at an early age, which inspired extensive travels around the world before pursuing higher education. Currently, I work for a youth theatre company, engaging and mentoring children and young adults aged 8-18, fostering their creativity and confidence. With plans to further academic pursuits through a master’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy, I aim to integrate artistic expression with therapeutic techniques for SEN children. I am fully DBS checked and hold a full driving license.
My Experience
I grew up in Hong Kong where I gained experience working with toddlers and young children as a Teachers Assistant at an after school club, and previously worked for an outdoor education company running a surf camp for children during the summer where I gained experience working with children with individual needs. I truly love working with young children, and I approach each child as an individual. I can provide references upon request. I'd love to meet you and get to know your child.
