Hi,
I work 7pm to 7am night shifts on Wednesday & Thursday one week and then on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday the following week. This pattern repeats every two weeks.
While I'm at work, I need an overnight nanny nearby to look after my 6 year old daughter until I return. I expect this to last for about a month or two.
