About Me
I am Steph, the owner of A to Z Childminding, and mummy to Ariana aged 7 and Zayn aged 4. I am an enthusiastic and creative person who loves to help with the development of children, making it fun through play. I find working with children extremely rewarding and enjoyable.
We offer a lovely clean Home from Home setting in our detached 2 storey home, with a Playroom, use of the living room for chill time and secure large well-equipped garden that features a summer house used as our ‘home corner’ for role play, ensuring the children are given every opportunity to thrive. We also have lots of outings to local attractions such as; farms, playgrounds and local playgroups.
My Experience
I have been a qualified dance teacher over 12 years, teaching children of all ages.
I am Paediatric First Aid Trained.

The most incredible experience for my daughter’s first years of life. She was with Steph for almost a year, and would have been longer if we had not moved cities. You can feel the passion, commitment and interest she has in her work and it is not “just a job”.
She made my daughter feel loved and safe at all times. They had a beautiful bond and it felt like I was leaving her with an additional family member. This keeps your mind at ease, and we felt 100% trust in Stephs ability to provide the best for our daughters first years.
The setting was a home from home family vibe. It was very cosy with a warm feeling. She had created a great structure to the days and created lots of fun activities, as well educational aspects. My daughter learnt alot in Stephs care.
Communication was outstanding. She always responded in a timely manner. She let me have photo updates of what my daughter is doing and feedback was provided at every pick up.
Highly highly recommend!

Steph responded to our ad after we was let down last minute by a family member.
She got in touch really quickly and arranged for us to see her home and meet our little boy we felt at ease straight away steph has put a lot of effort in and it shows lots of toys finley loved his time here and hopefully will use steph again highly recommend!
