My Summary

My Experience

I previously worked with children from 3 months to 5 years at a childcare setting in Stroud for just over 9 months and have always enjoyed caring for children in the early years. I cared for up to four children at a time independently in rooms of up to 24 children at the setting, working from 8-6 Monday to Friday. Every day I set up a variety of activities for the children ranging from water play to art activities, tuff trays and messy play. I tracked the development of a group of my “key children” at the nursery through detailed observations and orchestrated their care and communications with outside agencies, as well as regularly checking in with their parents who I developed strong bonds with to ensure they were up to date with their children’s daily experiences at nursery and development. I spent equal amounts of the time I spent at the nursery working in baby room, toddler room and preschool therefore I have skills in each and can provide full care. I have completed qualifications on ‘Noodlenow’ which are in my documents and have also completed a paediatric first aid course as well as having an enhanced DBS check done. Throughout my experience in my college course, I completed 240hrs of SEND specialist work with 2-5 year olds with needs ranging from mild to profound as well as 510hrs of childcare experience in various early years settings, 365 of which was at a montessori based nursery.

My qualifications are listed in my documents. I have completed noodlenow qualifications and paediatric first aid training.

My Availability

I am available and completely flexible Monday-Friday all day and can provide wrap around care.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £13.50 per hour
• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)

My fees are flexible depending upon what you have available! Childcare can be expensive, and I understand that isn’t always feasible.
