My Summary

My Experience

Iv spent the last 11 years working in childcare. As well as bringing up my own daughter.
For 6 years I worked as carer/nanny for children with physical and learning disabilities. This work was carried out in within the child’s family home. During this period I was trained in epilepsy, first aid, medication and peg feeding. My duty’s would included sensory play, physiotherapy, feeding, bathing, toileting and bedtime routines.
For the last 4.5 years iv been working as a senior classroom assistant in a SEN school for children with educational and behavioural difficulties. I currently work in the primary department of the school but often spend time amongst the secondary students. My main roles within this position is supporting the child through their educational needs. Leasing with parents and other outside agency’s and supporting the children with their emotional needs. Taking a thrive/nurture approach where needed but also setting reasonable boundaries to help manage their behaviour. Through this role I have gained a huge amount of knowledge and experience working with children with ADHD, autism, processing disorders, Tourette’s and many other social and educational needs.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour

£10 per hour from 9am - 10pm
£12 per hour between 10pm - 8am
