Absolutely incredible childminder

Jean has been an absolutely incredible childminder for our daughter Hawwa, who has been in her care since she was just 14 months old. Now, at 3 years old, Hawwa continues to thrive under Jean’s loving, attentive, and nurturing guidance.

From the very beginning, Jean created a warm and welcoming environment where Hawwa felt safe, loved, and excited to learn. It’s truly heartwarming to see how much our daughter adores her. There are many days she simply doesn’t want to come home because she’s having such a wonderful time at Jean’s house!

The progress Hawwa has made in her development has been amazing to witness. Jean has supported her in every stage, socially, emotionally, and intellectually with patience, enthusiasm, and genuine care. She provides engaging activities that spark curiosity and learning, all while maintaining a strong routine and structure that gives the children a sense of stability.

As parents, we are so grateful to have found Jean. Knowing our daughter is in such good hands brings us immense peace of mind. We couldn’t ask for a better person to be part of Hawwa’s early years. Thank you, Jean, for all the love and care you give, you’ve had such a beautiful impact on our daughter’s life.

We are the luckiest to have Jean in our lives!

I am extremely happy and grateful to have my daughter (14 months) in Jean’s setting. From the very beginning (started about 9 months), Jean has played a crucial role in her development, providing a nurturing, loving, and stimulating environment where she has truly thrived.
One of the most important milestones Jean has helped my daughter achieve is learning to self-soothe for sleeping, and she managed this in a very short time. This has had a hugely positive impact on my daughter’s sleep and overall wellbeing.
Jean also involved her in all activities from day 1, even if she was little and maybe didn’t understand, but this has helped her become very sociable and confident in interacting with others. It is wonderful to see how comfortable and engaged she is in group settings, thanks to Jean’s consistent encouragement and support.

Another aspect I deeply appreciate is Jean’s flexibility and understanding, especially when it came to accepting my breastmilk and continuing to patiently offer it by bottle even when my baby was going through periods of bottle refusal. Jean’s dedication and patience made a big difference during that challenging phase.
It’s clear how much love and affection Jean gives to my daughter , as she has the happiest reaction when she sees her. Knowing that my daughter feels safe, loved, and cared for while I am away is incredibly reassuring.
Overall, I could not have asked for a better childminder. Jean’s support, warmth, and commitment to her development have been invaluable, and I am truly thankful for everything she does

Amaizing experience

My son has been attending Jean’s setting for nearly a year now, and I can confidently say it has been a fantastic experience. Jean provides a warm, caring, and stimulating environment where children are supported in their development through a wide range of engaging activities. My son has learned so much during his time there — from everyday skills to more structured learning — and always looks forward to going. I really appreciate how Jean takes the children out to visit local places, giving them a variety of enriching experiences. Jean is definitely someone’s sent from God to our family, it’s funny because I was preparing to right to you Jean on the Christmas card and tell you how special you are for me and my son, the way how he loves you give me so much peace. Jean was the first and only childminder I visited, since the day I went into her house I was never afraid to leave Samuel my son on her hands and her helpers, my son is a Velcro baby he was just turned 1 when he went to Jean. And the settle down time was inexplicable, how quickly it was, now my son kiss her when you got there in the morning, and hug, he runs into her house so happy. And these moments shows me more and more the best choice God gave me

Thank tou so much Jean for being this amazing person to us, this months with you changed so much our lives.

Absolute God Send

Jean responded to my advert on here at a time of desperate need. Having never used a childminder before, we were very apprehensive and anxious about the huge decision in putting our 18month old boy into childcare. Jean was fantastic in accommodating our needs and also reassuring us that there is a process and eventually our boy will settle. 6months later our boy is fully settled and really excelling in all areas. Jeans way of care is really second to none and we couldn’t be happier. Thankyou so much for all your efforts in going above and beyond for our little monster 🤣😍🙏🏽

Very good childminder

My daughter started going to Jean and is very happy. Jean is a warm, kind and helpful person. My daughter loves going to her, Jean provides a day full of impressions and learning through play, allows children to discover their interests, my daughter loves baking classes 😘❤️

Best childcare, couldnt be happier!

We have been with Jean for the past year but started when she was working alongside another childminder. When she left to start her own childminding provision, we absolutely had to go with her as the relationship that had formed with my little girl was invaluable.

Jean has been the most attentive, caring, kind, patient cared but also knowledgeable and adaptable in her approach to childcare and we are so happy to have her in our little girl’s life. She has had such a positive impact on her growth and development as well as her general happiness and well-being.

My little girl has a rare genetic condition which was diagnosed during the time she has been under Jean’s care and I could not be more grateful for how Jean has adapted her care, inquired about how to best support her development and kept her so safe and happy each day.

Her food is home-cooked, fresh and healthy and my little girl eats very well there. She tries new things (that she wouldn’t even try at home) and seems to be consuming a healthy amount.

She is always happy on drop off and collection which has been a huge help in the transition for me as a parent too.

The activities that she does are so varied, creative and educational and she is exposed to so many different things that help her learning. As a teacher, I am incredibly cynical and critical and I have nothing but positive things to say about Jean’s care. I highly recommend her, we will be with her for as long as possible and I am already securing a place for any future children!

Perfect

Jean looks after my twins during holidays and she is wonderful. They are kept busy all day with a variety of activities and I get lots of photos of what they are doing. The boys are so happy going and they are asking when they can go to Jean's house again. Would recommend Jean to everyone.
