We are two caring, hardworking, passionate, fully registered childminders. We are also qualified early years providers that have had the privilege to work together in a nursery for several years; this has given us the confidence to embark on our new adventure as childminders.
The benefits of being from different backgrounds and cultures has enabled us to learn , support and complement each other in order to provide the best practice for the children under our care, and to encourage their growth and developments in accordance to EYFS.
The aim of the two of us working together is to ensure that children are safe and never left unattended at any point throughout the day.
In addition we will motivate children to express and learn through playing and having fun by providing many indoors/outdoors activities like messy play, cooking, music, sensory play etc…Further more working together will give us the opportunity to be able to take the children on safe and exciting day trips frequently.
We are lucky to be situated in an area which offers various and exciting amenities such as our local library which provides Sing and Read with me sessions twice a week for the under 5s.
We have our own private garden for the children to enjoy at any time, a bright and spacious play room as well as a separate calm and quite sleeping room.
We believe that the best outcome for children is working in close partnership with parents/carers, please feel free to contact us for any queries
My Experience
Between the two of us we have 15 plus years' experience working with children from different age groups in a nursery and school setting.
Working in a nursery has given us the ability to deal with any situation that may arise in a confident and professional manner. As well as having the benefit of being mums has tough us how to be patient and nurturing towards all children.
My Qualifications

Very homely, loving and caring atmosphere. They made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Bright room full of natural light, beautifully decorated with a huge variety of toys. Healthy and balanced meals, snacks. Daily outings and activities to stimulate your child’s development. Daily updates with photos. You will have a piece of mind your child is in the best place. I strongly recommend Three Little Birds.

Since my child was 6 months old, I have visited various nurseries. it was not easy to entrust my young child to someone else. From the time my child was 6 months old until now, at 18 months, through all the crawling, walking, and running phases, my worries as a mother have been alleviated thanks to Imen and Karima, the little 3birds. They keep track of everything my baby eats and drinks daily and provide precise updates on the activities through photos. They ensure that my kids goes out for daily walks and engages in series activities for learning. The operation is very systematic, more so than the usual childminder services. inquiries are always welcome. More important than the curriculum or the environment is the attitude towards the children. I am so happy to their lovely care and sincere attitude of making an effort for the children.

My daughter has been attending Three Birds home nursery since it opened when she was a year old. I was immediately struck by the loving atmosphere created by Imen and Karima, and knew it was the right place for my child. I am so pleased with my choice. The care is exceptional. Imen and Karima are so kind and attentive. They go above and beyond in the way they care, educate and nurture the children. They give the children exciting Middle Eastern food, they speak French to the children (on request!), organise messy play, make sure they get outside even when the weather is challenging, change their nappies frequently, create touching keepsakes for special occasions, and so much more. But it’s the warm vibe that stands out. Imen and Karima really care. It’s no surprise to me that all the original children who started at the same time as my child have stayed - and continue to stay - at Three Birds. My child loves her caters and her friends there, and I’m so happy to drop her off there everyday, knowing how loved she is. I cannot recommend Three Birds more strongly!!!

My daughter started going to the 3 Birds childminder setting when she was nearly 11 months and have been there for almost one year now. She loves spending time with Imen, Karima and the children who attend their setting. The moment I drop my daughter off she doesn’t even look back to say goodbye as she is so content and at home with Imen and Karima.
They have a great selection of toys including educational toys. They are not afraid to get their hands dirty and do something creative with the children.
The children get outside regularly for fresh air, often to the park and they enjoy regular trips to the local library.
Imen and Karima also make sure the children eat healthy snacks like fruit and fresh homemade meals every day.
They are very professional and are always up to date with regulatory requirements like health and safety and child protection.
I have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone that asks for childcare.

I have had the pleasure of having Imen, Iham and Karima take care of my son within a nursery setting for the last 3 years.
They are wonderful, caring individuals that show a lot of love and patience.
My son loves his teachers so I know he's was always in good hands and couldn't have asked for better people to take care of him.
I was very sad to see them go, but on the flip side very happy for them and know they will be very successful.
