My Experience
I am a registered childminder with over 5 years experience of working with children, as well as those with disabilities. I am very passionate about what I do, and spend quality time interacting with children to get to know their strengths and weakness, and build positive relationships with their parents and next of kin. I work in compliance with Ofsted policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and child friendly environment. I also practice a patient centered approached towards each child to ensure their needs are met.
