About Me

I'm a mum of 2 lovely kids 12 yr old boy & 8 yr old girl who lives in a 3 bed semi detached in rural Falkirk. Looking for a warm and caring nanny to provide live-in care for my 2 children once every six weeks for 5 days (M-F) while I work in London. Would Ideally like someone willing to commit on a long-term basis who can build up a relationship with the children and become a trusted member of our family. Must understand trauma-informed parenting techniques and be aware of the impact of early years trauma and neurodiversity.

There is also scope for permanent hours afterschool (days and hours are negotiable) and 1 evening per week. Additional Ad hoc care (occasional additional evenings / weekends) very likely as well if interested. I can offer and appreciate a reasonable degree of flexibility to accommodate life and circumstances (days off, sickness, car issues, appointments) and I pay a fair hourly rate and annual uplift. I provide average pay over holidays as a retainer. Own vehicle for school runs is preferred and additional travel allowance paid weekly. Overnight supplement paid during London trips. Approx 6 weeks off - paid holiday during the summer plus 1 week easter, 1 week October and over Christmas to New Year.
